Over 20 miles of multi-use trails have been constructed for Owners' use. What a wonderful way to enjoy your 1,717 acre ranch! They're perfect for horses, mountain bikes or hiking in the summer. Come winter, approximately 20 kilometers are transformed into trails for cross country and skate skiing enthusiasts. There are loops to challenge the most seasoned riders and skiers and trails that are perfect for an evening stroll with the kids. So when you come to the fork in the trail, the choice is yours.

Downstream Spa- Marabou's Downstream Spa, tucked along the Elk River, has a private couple's treatment room, a single treatment room and an outdoor treatment deck where full massage and other spa services are offered. Naturopathic products are used in the spa; made from pure ingredients, including herbal extracts and essential oils. Each spa treatment can be personalized by the skilled aestheticians and therapists to meet individual needs.
